Rumble Ring Review

Looking for a durable, long lasting dog toy your dog will find irresistible? Look no further! The Rumble Ring by Tuffies is just what you’re looking for. I bought the Rumble Ring over a year ago for Sadie and Rusty, and they still have it. It’s a little dirty, but many hours of chewing tends to do that. It can be machine-washed I just haven’t bothered, make sure to let it air dry if you choose to wash yours.

The Rumble Ring has four squeakers, which drive my dogs crazy. It comes in four colors. I bought the yellow one because dogs can see the color yellow, making it easy for your dogs to see and find when playing outdoors. The toy is remarkably durable and has stood up extremely well. Sadie and Rusty love it when I throw it for them. I will spend 10-15 minutes throwing it, even if I’m in the house. It is fairly soft so if it happens to hit any furniture it will not cause any damage. If however, your dogs are like mine, their bodies crashing into the furniture could be a different story.

The Rumble Ring can be used as a Frisbee or a tug toy. When I bring it out, it usually becomes a Frisbee and right after a tug toy. I throw it then Sadie or Rusty will get it. Whichever dog doesn’t have it will start to play tug-o-war with the dog who does have it. It’s also great for fly-ball training with soft edges that won’t hurt your dogs teeth or gums. Plus the Rumble Ring floats, making it a fantastic water toy!!

The Rumble Ring has four squeakers that will appeal to any dog. Each Squeaker is safe and quiet because they are sewn into a nylon safety pocket beneath seven other layers of materials. Sadie thinks it is great fun to chew on the Rumble Ring and make it squeak.

The Rumble Ring has seven rows of super-lock stitching, which make it hard to rip apart. Comprised of seven layers of material: three layers of 600 denier nylon, three layers of PVC, and finally one layer of soft fleece. All seven layers are rolled in unison and then sewn together in a one-inch cross-pattern to prevent layer separation. Seven rows of stitching merge each of the toy’s seven layers of material binding them with two rows of linear stitching AND two rows of cross-stitching. Those four rows of stitching are further protected with nylon webbing that is sewn three MORE times! Additionally, protective industrial grade nylon webbing is sewn around the outside edge with three rows of stitching to cover and protect the first four rows of stitching. Now that’s what I call over-engineering!!!

Buy a Rumble Ring and enjoy hours of fun playing with your dog.
